The room we had included a mini kitchenette, a balcony, and a kettle. The hotel had fresh made and hot breakfasts with poached eggs and the occasional option, as example. Venue's staff was superfriendly all the time.

Possibly the best and real good stay for our holidays. Brand-new & beautifully maintained unit with a balcony. Absolutely perfect location above the snack bar area at right angles to the restaurant & entertainment area. And near beach and shops, all the restaurants are, and the bars.

Everything was very comfortable, including very friendly and extremely helpful staff. The bed was large, and the room itself was big. We had excellent air-conditioning, a lounge area, and a safe plus a really good bathroom. The location was perfect and stunning for exploring this relaxing area, very close to the sea front, very nice restaurants and s fabulous take away cafe that serves paella. Also, the hotel was placed 3 km from touristic place like Mary's Shell.

Everything is wonderful here, had an excellent stay for our holidays. The units were big size with a bath. Our hotel is set in a very central location very close to Puerto de Pollenca and the inside restaurant or front terrace area. Also, Port de Pollenca Market is really close to the venue.

The hotel is fabulous and fairly clean, has brilliant views of the mountains. It has a marvellous location near the main promenade in Puerto Pollensa, cafe that serves paella and the seafront, close to the shops and restaurants, and the Pine Walk. Offers exceptional service and high quality food. They have snack bar, easy free parking and great pool.

The accommodation was special, pool was excellent, beds were extremely comfy. The bathroom in our queen suite was clean. That hotel was in a great location, on the beach. Greatly enjoyed that it was set near to the restaurant & bar staff and cleaners, and the outskirts of Pine Walk. Continental breakfast was warm and plentiful.

Perfectly clean property with modern design, and generous continental breakfast. Tastefully decorated and decent sized rooms with functional bathrooms and a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. Very friendly and so efficient staff, comfy beds. All in all absolutely perfect and excellent setting near the bar / restaurant, the start of the pine walk and promenade. Plus, extremely close to a famous Victorian entertainment complex.

We would definitely return here. Fairly clean and popular place, has absolutely fabulous views of the hills. The room is good sized and well laid out and has a large bathroom. Staff is efficient and you can park your car on-site.

Had a fantastic stay for our holidays. The rooms where tasteful and bright with open bathrooms.
